SALISBURY — A Salisbury man was charged with drug possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver Saturday.
According to an arrest warrant, the Rowan County Sherriff’s Office found Jonathan Murray, 24, of North Long Street with 23 grams of marijuana and scales.
He also had a glass smoking pipe, which yielded a possession of drug paraphernalia charge.
Murray was being held in the Rowan County Detention Center Saturday under a $3,000 bond.
