Banks – Beaver

Drs. Bill and Cheryl Banks of Austin, Tex., are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristen Michelle Banks, to Jared Tyler Beaver, both of San Antonio, Tex.
Kristen is the granddaughter of Dr. and Mrs. Robert Sebesta of Seguin, Tex., and Mr. and Mrs. William E. Banks of Austin, Tex. She graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. She is currently attending medical school at the University of Texas in San Antonio.
Jared is the son of Yorke and Jane Beaver of Salisbury and the grandson of the late Ray and Blanche Wood and the late Yorke and Meb Beaver. He graduated in 2008 from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and from the University of Tennessee in 2011 with a Master of  Science in Wildlife Habitat. He is currently working on his Ph.D. in Military Sustainability and Wildlife Management at Texas A&M.
The wedding is June 8 at Villa Antonia in Austin, Tex.
