3 found shot to death outside Fayetteville
FAYETTEVILLE (AP) — Cumberland County sheriff’s deputies are investigating the shooting deaths of three people outside Fayetteville.
Sheriff’s spokeswoman Debbie Tanna says officers were called to a home shortly after 10 p.m. Wednesday.
Tanna says officers found the bodies of two men and a woman. One of the victims was found on a street and the other two were inside the home.
Tanna says the shootings appear to have been a murder-suicide. It was not immediately clear who fired the shots.
The names of the victims have not been released while relatives are notified.
No other details were immediately available.
