The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division identified four men who are in violation of registered sex offender status.
Two moved from their listed address and two failed to meet their registration requirements. Warrants were obtained on the suspects Friday after violations in March and April.
Benjamin Hawthorne, 46, was arrested by Rowan County Sheriff’s Office deputies shortly after the warrants were issued.
His last known address was 1526 S. Main St.
He was in jail Friday afternoon after being charged with failure to notify the sheriff of an address change
The other three offenders being sought:
• Bryan O’Neal Taylor, 40. Last known address was 301 South West St.
• Johnny Lewis Wright Jr., 47. Last known address was 1413 W. Horah St.
• Arnold Joe Eberhart, 47. Last known address was 3065 Umberger Road, Cleveland.
