SALISBURY — A Livingstone College student with a taste for Chinese food was taken into custody Wednesday.
Salisbury Police said Taqwi Scott, 18, used another student’s credit card during a takeout spree over the last few days.
Scott used the woman’s card on three different instances, ordering meals by phone and having the orders delivered to Livingstone, according to arrest reports.
Police said Scott began placing orders on Tuesday. The three orders totaled $25.
Scott, of 5429 Talus Trace Lane, Charlotte, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor credit card fraud and felony identity theft.
He was in jail this morning under a $1,000 bond.
