ROCKWELL — The auditorium at Shive Elementary School was alive Wednesday with the beat of African drums as Elizabeth Wah showed off clothing and artifacts from her native Liberia.
Shive Principal Zebbie Bradley-Bondurant, Assistant Principal Erik Stubblefield, teacher Lisa Myer and staff member Robert Moore dressed for the occasion and danced across the stage for the student body to enjoy.
Fourth-graders Morgan Hesse, Heather Holshouser and Maci Cooper also danced and showed the colors of other countries during the day’s events.
