Cole – Pinyan

Alice and Richard Snyder of Lexington and Thomas Cole of Seguin, Tex., are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Maleah Janell Cole, to Joshua Ryan Pinyan, son of Ronnie and Karen Pinyan of Salisbury.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Ralph and Anita Ewbank of Clark, S.D., and Joseph and Amy Cole of Seguin, Tex. A 2006 graduate of Central Davidson High School and 2010 graduate of Catawba College, Maleah is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Sports Administration at Wingate University, where she is the graduate assistant track and field coach.
The future groom is the grandson of Sylvia and the late Buddy Pinyan of China Grove and the late Hazel and Shelley Lefler of Salisbury. A 2001 graduate of East Rowan High School, Joshua received his MBA from Pfeiffer University in 2006 and graduated from Liberty University School of Law in 2009. A licensed attorney, he is employed by Rowan County Department of Social Services.
The wedding is April 28 at Faith Baptist Church in Faith.
