She has two brothers Aidan, 5 and Dylan, 3. Grandparents are Keith and Darlene Kale of Salisbury, Cindy and Johnny Redman of Cleveland and Dan and Judy Roman of Gloucester, Va. Great-grandparent is Frances Setzer of Albemarle.

A daughter, Samantha Nicole, was born to Daniel and Angela B. Sloop of Salisbury on Feb. 14, 2012, at Carolinas Medical Center NorthEast. She weighed 8 pounds, 15 ounces. She has two brothers, Daniel, 8 and Nicholas, 7. Grandparents are Nancy and David Zimmerman of Salisbury, Ray and Mary Beaver of Rockwell, Maribeth and Charlie Baker of Salisbury, and the late Rev. Jerry Sloop. Great-grandparents are Nancy Owen of Salisbury and Bill and Ruth Sloop of Faith.

A daughter, Lela Jane, was born to Jacob and Brooke Abrams Sunding of Summerville, S.C. on Feb. 16, 2012, at Summerville Medical Center. She weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces. She has a brother, Clark, 2. Grandparents are Will Abrams of Rockingham, Kim Marlin and Lynn Marlin, both of Ellerbe, David Sunding, Lou Ann Sunding and Beth Morgan, all of Salisbury. Great-grandparent is Betty Jane Sunding of Salisbury.
