SALISBURY — A Salisbury man accused of stealing and pawning his grandmother’s Stihl chainsaw, weed trimmer and leaf blower has been arrested and released.
The items were taken from Joann Honeycutt’s Dollie Circle home last month. She reported them stolen to the Salisbury Police Department on Feb. 8.
Police charged Mark Andrew Foutz, 22, of 127 Crawford St., with felony larceny Wednesday.
He was released on a written promise to appear in court at 9 a.m. Thursday.
