Concord family seeks help in locating missing teen

CONCORD — Concord Police say the family of a missing teenage girl is requesting the community’s assistance in locating her. Latasha Charles, 15, has been missing since Jan. 27, when she left her home in Concord. She is also known as Natasha Fowler.
She is a black female, approximately 5-foot-7, and weighs approximately 240 pounds. She was last seen wearing black tights with black boots, and a black button-down shirt. She has shoulder-length hair, and wears it in a crinkle hairstyle.
Her last known location was the intersection of West Fifth and West Trade Streets in Charlotte, near the Johnson C. Smith University campus.
