Cooper Agner Wedding

OCEAN ISLE BEACH — Carmen Nicole Cooper and Matthew Rodgers Agner were united in marriage Nov. 11, 2011, at The Winds Resort. The Rev. Larry Melton officiated the 4:30 p.m. ceremony, which was followed by a reception.
The bride was escorted by her father, Steven Cooper. Attending as bridesmaids were her sisters, Stephanie Cooper of Salisbury and Mallory Cooper of Concord.
Serving as groomsmen were brothers of the groom Nathan Agner of Ocean Isle Beach and Joel Agner of Wilmington.
Emily Stanton of Charlotte was flower girl, and Spencer Agner of Ocean Isle  Beach was ring bearer.
The bride is the daughter of Steven and Mary Cooper of Salisbury. A 1999 graduate of Salisbury High School, Carmen received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2004 and an Associate degree in Dental Hygiene from Central Piedmont Community College in 2009. She is employed by Drake Dentistry of Charlotte.
The groom is the son of Chris and Dianne Agner of Salisbury. A 1998 graduate of Salisbury High School, Matthew received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University in 2002. He is employed by Rodgers Builders.
The couple are making their home in Charlotte.
