SALISBURY — A Salisbury man faces a felony larceny charge after allegedly stealing two grocery carts and a metal food rack from Food Lion.
Robert Arthur Scott, 37, of 181 S. Angell Road, also was charged with violating probation, increasing his bond to $7,000. He is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center.
Scott is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.
