Benjamin Schenk has announced the publication of his eighth novel, ěThe Star Patrol: Descendants of Bazborn.î
The 780-page book comes in softcover and hardcover, Schenk says; with the softcover $25-$30 and the hardcover $35-$40. It is available online through Authorhouse, Barnes and Noble, Books-a-Million, Amazon and almost any other book publishers. Schenk has a few copies for around $20.
Schenk is a life-time resident of Salisbury who graduated from West Rowan High School in 1980 and now lives in China Grove.
He says the book is about a legendary fighting force called the Star Patrol that once saved the universe from the Agemoan Empire. The Agemoan Empire regains its strength and goes after the Star Patrol. The Star Patrol, now with young descendants, flee their homeworld of Bazborn to keep their kids safe. They settle on Earth and await the inevitable day that the Empire finds them.
