SALISBURY — A Concord man is in jail after allegedly kicking, resisting and emitting bodily fluids on a Rowan County sheriff’s deputy.
Anthony Allan Stamper, 40, of 3030 Sap Road in Concord, is charged with malicious conduct by a prisoner and resisting an officer.
He is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center on $10,000 bond.
The alleged incidents occurred Friday at the jail when Deputy D.M. Butler and Sgt. J. Burleyson were taking Stamper into custody. He is scheduled to appear in court Monday.
