Clyde plans to fight code violation at Zoning Board meeting Monday

SALISBURY ó Clyde will appeal a code violation when he appears before the cityís Zoning Board of Adjustment at 5:15 p.m. Monday at City Hall.
The board will uphold or dismiss a decision to find Clyde, an artist who dropped his last name, in violation of the nuisance code for overgrowth in the grass strip between the curb and sidewalk at 202 E. Bank St.
Chris Branham, Code Enforcement Division manager, found Clyde in violation.
The board will meet in Council Chambers at the City Hall, 217 S. Main St.
