Deck the Stalls fundraiser to help horse rescue
HIGH POINT ó Safe Haven Equine Rescue & Retirement is holding a ěDeck the Stallsî fundraiser from 6 to 10 p.m. Saturday.
The event includes a holiday bonfire, chili dinner, live music, silent auction and Christmas store. Participants will have an opportunity to meet Safe Havenís horses, and children can have their photos taken with Darla, the miniature horse.
Dinner is $10 per adult; children can eat for free.
The event will be held at Gimme Shelter Safe Haven Farm, 245 Cedar Ridge Lane.
