Search warrant leads to cocaine charge

SALISBURY — Officers searched a Salisbury man’s home on Wednesday and found drug paraphernalia and .06 ounces of cocaine.
According to a Salisbury Police report, officers were investigating possible drug activity at Timothy Bernard Davis’ home at 309 South West St.
Officers also found digital scales, a marijuana grinder and a smoking device in the home, the report said.
Davis has been charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver cocaine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was released after posting a $2,500 bond.
