GRANITE QUARRY ó The rural health program from the W.G. (Bill) Hefner VA Medical Center will provide Veterans Administration information and services at American Legion Post 448, 300 Legion St., Granite Quarry, from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
The team will provide former and current military members education and assistance on registration and health care concerns.
Former military members who are not currently enrolled for VA health care benefits will need to bring a copy of their DD Form 214 ó Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty ó to attach to their application for VA health care benefits. Please bring a copy, not the original DD Form 214.
