Dan Barry, candidate for the 8th N.C. Congressional District, lives in the town of Weddington, which lies outside both the current 8th District lines and the new ones going into effect in January. He was incorrectly reported as living within the new district lines in a Post story Wednesday about candidate John Whitley. Most of Union County, where the town is located, will become part of the 8th district.
