KANNAPOLIS — Richard Lowe, 22, of 1535 Brookwood Drive in China Grove, is accused of breaking into a house and barn.
Kannapolis police arrested Lowe Sunday and charged him with two counts of larceny after breaking and entering and two counts of felony breaking and entering.
He is accused of breaking into the structures used for storage on Patterson Road in Kannapolis.
Lowe posted $3,000 and was released from the Rowan County Detention Center. He is scheduled to appear in court Thursday.
