Kannapolis library October event schedule

Families Eating Smart and Moving More
Join us for our workshop series with Pam Outen from the NC Cooperative Extension as she speaks on different ways families can achieve healthier lifestyles. Outen will offer tips on how to eat healthier and be more active as a family. The two sessions will cover different aspects of a healthy lifestyle. Attendance is not required at both. Love having decorated pumpkins but hate the mess that carved pumpkins bring? Join us on Oct. 27 at 5:30 p.m. to learn how to dress up a pumpkin without carving. Bring your own pumpkin and we will provide the paint. All ages are welcome to participate.
