Rowan County offices to be closed Monday

Rowan County offices will be closed Monday. The Board of Commissionersí meeting has been rescheduled to 3 p.m. Tuesday.
Rowan County landfill, recycling centers and processing center will be closed Monday.
Salisbury city offices will be closed Monday. City yard waste and limb collection will not occur Monday, with collection resuming Tuesday. Garbage collection and recycling services will not change.
City bus services will not operate Monday. The normal transit operating schedule will resume Tuesday.
Salisbury Community Park will operate on normal schedule from 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday, but all Salisbury Parks & Recreation Centers will be closed Monday.
Fibrant offices will be closed for business Monday. For assistance, customers may contact Fibrant Technical Support by calling 704-216-7567, option 1 for Internet, option 2 for video or phone.
Spencer Town Hall will be closed Monday. Garbage pickup will run one day behind all week, with Mondays route picked up on Tuesday and so on.
East Spencer Town Hall will be closed Monday.
Granite Quarry Town Hall will be closed Monday. The Granite Quarry Board of Aldermenís meeting has been rescheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday. Garbage pickup in Granite Quarry is not affected by the holiday.
Faith Town Hall will be closed Monday. Garbage pickup will remain the same.
Cleveland Town Hall will be closed Monday. Garbage pickup will run on its regular schedule. The Cleveland Town Commissioners meeting has been rescheduled for 7 p.m. Sept. 12.
Rockwell town offices will be closed.
Kannapolis city offices will be closed. Garbage and recycling will be collected on the normal schedule.
