KANNAPOLIS — A 20-year-old Kannapolis man was charged Sunday evening with felony indecent liberties with a minor.
According to the Magistrate’s Office, Adam Reid Mann, 9003 Smith Road, was accused of showing “frontal nudity of his private area from a cell phone” to a minor under the age of 16.
Mann was also charged with disseminating obscene material to a minor under 16.
He was given a $15,000 bond and was in jail Sunday night. He is scheduled for court on Sept. 30 at 9 a.m.
