SALISBURY — A Salisbury woman was charged after police say she rammed her husband’s truck in front of the Salisbury Police Department because she “felt her husband was being unfaithful,” according to the report.
The report said Geraldine Elliott, 66, passed her husband with a female passenger in his truck on Fulton Street at about 6 p.m. on Saturday. She then turned her 1998 Chevy Venture around and chased down the man’s 1991 Ford pickup.
Police said she continued ramming 67-year-old Henry Lee Elliott’s vehicle even after he arrived in front of the police department on East Liberty Street.
Geraldine Elliott told police, according to the report, that she “felt like her husband was being unfaithful.”
Geraldine Elliott, of 5630 Old Mocksville Road, was charged with misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor reckless driving to endanger. She was not given a bond.
