CHINA GROVE — Larry Vongsavanh, 39, of 1824 Toddville in Charlotte, was charged with felony maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana and simple possession marijuana.
China Grove police arrested Vongsavanh Sunday, and he is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
He was being held on $5,000 secured bond in the Rowan County Detention Center.
