Man faces marijuana charges

SALISBURY ó Jateare Vincent McNeal, 18, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, resisting arrest and probation violation.
He is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center under $5,000 secured bond.
