The 2011-2012 symphony season is fortunate to have a few good men leading the forces. Bob Clement is serving as the Salisbury- Rowan Symphony Society president and Tom Wolpert is the new Salisbury- Rowan Symphony Guild president. The guild is the money-making arm of the society, supporting the symphony and its educational programs, and this is the first year that a man has ever held this position.
Wolpert has made buttons with the slogan ěSSO ó ITíS OURS!î and heís happy to share with anybody who wants to wear one.
Clement and Wolpert welcome those interested in joining the guild or those who want to work on a fundraising project.
Wolpert sponsored a Member Mingle at the beginning of summer at his shop A Step In Time on Easy Street in downtown Salisbury.
