SALISBURY ó Rowan Regional Medical Center will host Ladies Night Out today at Catawba Collegeís Crystal Lounge from 5:30 to 9 p.m.
Women can register at the door. A $10 donation is suggested, which will go to the United Way of Rowan County.
The event gives women a chance to have fun and learn ways to be healthy. More than 25 health exhibits will be on display, and nearly 30 local businesses will participate with information, goods and services all geared towards women.

Almost 160 women pre-registered for the event, and organizers expect up to 300 to attend.
Hospital President Dari Caldwell will speak at 6 p.m.
