Police: Man arrested in Salisbury for Maryland charges

A Salisbury man was arrested Friday afternoon after the SBI provided Salisbury Police with information about a Maryland fugitive.
According to a Salisbury Police report, John Joseph Collins III was arrested after the SBI said he was wanted for fraud and fourth-degree burglary in Salisbury, Md.
The 47-year-old was arrested at 201 E. Innes St. at about 3 p.m.
Collins was charged with being a felony fugitive from justice and was given a $25,000 bond.
