Felony breaking and/or entering ń Randall Glenn Stout, 10-12 months, suspended, 60 months supervised probation, 6 months intensive probation including 50 hours CSW and pay fee, submit to warrantless searches and drug tests, not use/possess illegal controlled substance, have no contact with victim, pay court cost, $200 fine and $3,148.80 restitution, submit DNA sample, may transfer to unsupervised probation if in full compliance, transfer supervision to Ashe County, also felony larceny, 10-12 months at expiration of first judgment, suspended, 60 months supervised probation, 6 months intensive probation, same terms and conditions as first judgment.
