ROCKWELL — A Rockwell man accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl is behind bars.
The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office has charged Kenneth Wayne Bynum, 22, 225 Crescent Road, with statutory rape and indecent liberties with a child. He is at least five years older than the girl.
Bynum is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center under a $75,000 secured bond.
