SPENCER — Spencer’s Community Appearance Commission has announced July winners for the Landscape of the Month.
• 601 Second St. — Alex and Deborah Montiel
• 208 Newton St. — James and Jodi Loftin
The commission rewards neighbors who work to beautify the exterior of their home and landscape.
The commission presents awards throughout the summer. A banquet is given the following spring to recognize the winners once again and offers food and fellowship for those who attend.
Each winner is presented with a framed certificate.
