S. CAROLINA—A Salisbury man is in a Spartanburg County jail Wednesday after deputies say he inappropriately touched a young girl.
J.R. Bullard, 27, was arrested near Woodruff, SC, after a mother contacted deputies and accused Bullard of touching her daughter twice between April and May, according to a report from the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office.
Bullard, 2410 Stokes Ferry Road, had been living in a trailer on the mother’s farm, the report said.
After a two-month investigation, Bullard was arrested Tuesday afternoon and charged with one count of felony lewd act on a minor under 15.
Bullard remains in prison under a $15,000 bond.
