Great Lakes documentary has Salisbury connection

A documentary produced by Salisbury native Allison Swaim is airing on Chicago’s WBEZ radio.
Swaim, a recent graduate of Oberlin College, reports on her November journey on freighters on the Great Lakes.
The segment is set to air on NPR’s All Things Considered between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. today.

Swaim, a graduate of Salisbury High School, is the daughter of David and Marianna Swaim of Salisbury.
