Felony assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury ń Eubert B. Misenheimer, also misdemeanor carrying concealed weapon, no operatorís license, possessing fictitious/altered title/registration card/tag, operating vehicle with no insurance and expired/no inspection sticker, 25-39 months, suspended, 36 months supervised probation and 6 months intensive probation including 100 hours CSW and fee, serve six days special probation in jail, pay court cost and $750 CAAF, complete anger management, substance abuse and mental health assessments within 30 days and abide by recommendations, have no contact with victim except as needed for children and only with another adult present, not use any alcohol, remain gainfully employed, submit DNA sample.
