New London fisherman wins at High Rock

Kevin Chandler of New London won the FLW Wal-Mart BFL Piedmont Division Tournament on High Rock Lake on Saturday. He took top spot with a weight of 18 pounds, 5 ounces, landing him a check for $3,671. See details in Thursday’s Outdoors report.
