SALISBURY ó Rowan Public Library is having a birthday party celebration on Sunday from 1-5 p.m. at the library headquarters, 201 W. Fisher St.
The party will have music, special guest appearances, a scavenger hunt, childrenís games, refreshments and more. The one-room Henderson Law Office, used as the first public library in Salisbury, will be open.
