CONCORD — Police are asking the public’s help in locating a man wanted on two counts of first degree rape.
Warrants have been issued for David Matthew Hallman, 40, the Concord Police Department said in a press release.
Hallman was last seen in the Concord area wearing a dark-colored Chevrolet hat, denim shorts, white T-shirt, and a grey Full Force Fighting sweatshirt.
He is believed to be driving a black 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe with the tag number YNK-4796. His last known address is 562 Central Drive NW, Concord, but investigators believe he has left that location.
Investigators ask anyone with information about Hallman’s location to call Concord Police Criminal Investigations or Cabarrus Crime Stoppers at 704-932-7463. A reward is offered for information that leads to his arrest.
