SALISBURY ó Rowan Regional Medical Center will open the new Rowan Breast Health Center on Friday, with a public reception from noon to 3 p.m.
The facility is located at Rowan Regional Medical Park, 514 Corporate Circle off Julian Road, and offers customized breast cancer treatment, as well as advanced diagnostic capabilities in a comfortable, tranquil environment.
Digital mammography screening is considered the best available tool for finding breast cancer early, when it is most easily treated.

Celebration of breast cancer survivors
Refreshments
Free gifts
Ribbon cutting and comments at 2 p.m.
The new center combines the latest breast technology with a team of specialized experts, including a nurse navigator.
