Kimberly Arlene Hill, 30, of 1025 N. Salisbury Ave. in Spencer, turned herself in to the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office around 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
She is charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance and sell and deliver a controlled substance.
Five others were arrested Wednesday in a prescription drug roundup throughout Rowan County. The special investigations unit of the Sheriff’s Office conducted an ongoing undercover operation involving people selling prescription medications.
Hill was placed in the Rowan County Detention Center under a $1,000 secured bond and has since been released.
