With Osama bin Laden being killed by U.S. forces Sunday, the Salisbury Fire Department is holding a special revealing of the two steel beams from the World Trade Center this afternoon.
Salisbury Fire Captain Mark Thompson and firefighter Chet Hedrick drove to Queens, N.Y., April 20 to pick up the steel beams, which weigh around 2,000 pounds each.
The revealing is for the media only, not open to the public, and will take place at 2 p.m.
