Concord city offices will be closed Friday. Garbage, recycling, and bulky waste collection by Republic Services will operate on a normal schedule. City parks will be open on a normal schedule, and the Academy and Hartsell recreation centers will be open from noon to 6 p.m. on Friday.
Spencer Town Hall will be closed on Friday. No change to garbage pickup.
