Authorities have arrested a Concord man they say has been distributing a high quality hydroponic marijuana in Rowan and Cabarrus counties.
Jason Elbert Keller, 32, of 1003 Crystalwood Court N.W., was charged with felony possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and felony maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance. He was placed in the Cabarrus County jail under a $7,500 secured bond.
Investigators had received information that someone at Keller’s residence had been selling and distributing marijuana in both counties, and were able to execute a search warrant Tuesday. Authorities found more than three pounds of marijuana, which retails for approximately $4,000 a pound, the report said.
