The family who lost their 10-week-old son in a fire last week has established an account to help them with funeral and living expenses.
To help Joey and Samantha Doolittle and their 3-year-old son, Zachary, donations can be made at any branch of Wachovia Bank to the account of “The Doolittle Fire Fund.”
Funeral arrangements have been finalized, and Whitley’s Funeral Home in Kannapolis is assisting the family.
The service for Jacob Edward Doolittle is Friday, March 25, at 1 p.m. in the main chapel of the funeral home with the Rev. James Lock officiating. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis. The Doolittles will receive friends from noon until 1 p.m. Friday before the service.
