Another on most wanted list arrested

The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office arrested another person from its 15 Most Wanted list on Tuesday.
Ryan Lamar Holland, 28, wanted for trafficking in cocaine and conspiracy to traffic in cocaine was arrested at a house on Ludwig Avenue in Salisbury.
Holland was a part of a round-up in January 2011 of 18 drug dealers in western Rowan County and Davie County. This investigation was conducted by the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office, Davie County Sheriff’s Office, ATF and SBI.
This arrest marks the ninth person arrested from the Sheriff’s 15 Most Wanted List that began in October 2010. The list is updated with new people wanted for felony crimes in Rowan County after each arrest.
The success has come from tips received from the public about the location of these suspects, the Sheriff’s Office says.
