Solid waste collection will occur as normally scheduled for Thursday and Friday in the city of Kannapolis.
Due to the winter storm and lingering icy road conditions, solid waste collection originally scheduled for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of this week has been delayed until next week. Residents with Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday collection should place their cart at the curb on their regularly scheduled day.
