Spencer town board meets Tuesday

SPENCER — The Spencer Board of Aldermen will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Town Hall.
The agenda includes student appreciation awards and reports from town departments, the town manager and mayor.
The board will take public comment and make a proclamation regarding Dr. David N. Smith.
The board will discuss property liens and budget amendments and make committee appointments.
Aldermen and staff will discuss plans for the upcoming annual planning retreat Jan. 28 and 29.
