Woman threatened, attacked by foster son

Staff reportAn Elm Street woman was attacked by her foster son on Tuesday.
The woman told Salisbury Police that her 15-year-old foster son kicked open her locked bedroom door and threatened to slit her throat.
A secure custody order was issued and he was placed in juvenile detention.
In other reports from the Salisbury Police:
– Sherita Yvonne Chase, 112 Henderlite St., reported a break-in at her home on Dec. 8.
Items taken included a DVD, a television, cell phones and money with a total value of $1,500.
– Dwon Nicholas Still was charged with felony receiving or transferring stolen vehicles.
Reports or charges from Dec. 7:
– A 20-year-old customer at Walmart, 323 S. Arlington St., reported she was threatened by a man with a knife and set of brass knuckles. Another person reported he was cut by someone with a knife.
The incident was reported 9:30 p.m. on Monday.
