French and Danielle Shuping Krack, Rockwell; Cathy Dane Granberry, Salisbury; John Brady Melvin and Keisha Newsome Poplin, Kannapolis; Tracy Lynn Murph and Katherine Himes Taylor, Cleveland; Kelly Bryan Scercy and Jessie Nicole Smith, Mooresville; Ruthie Beaver Welch, China Grove; and Laura Ashley Yoe, Granite Quarry.
Associate Degree in Medical Assistant: Angela Michelle Mesimer, Kannapolis.

UNC-Charlotte grad
Julie Bebber Felix is a Dec. 16 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She graduated magna cum laude with a master’s degree in middle and secondary education.
Felix, who is nationally certified in early adolescence mathematics, graduated from South Rowan High School in 1989 and received her bachelor’s degree cum laude in mathematics with teaching certification from UNCC in 1993.
She teaches mathematics at Harris Road Middle School in Cabarrus County.
She and husband Andy live in Huntersville with children Emilyann and Olivia. Her parents are Jack and Terrie Bebber of Salisbury.
UNC-Charlotte grad
Lindsay Rae Horne graduated Dec. 16 from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a bachelor of arts degree in biology.
A 2000 graduate of East Rowan High School, she is the daughter of James T. Horne and Tim and Robbin Cope of Linwood.
Western Carolina grad
Sarah Leeanna Kepley is a Dec. 16 graduate of Western Carolina University in Cullowhee.
She received a bachelor of science degree in communications with a concentration in electronic media.
A 2003 graduate of East Rowan High School, Kepley is the daughter of Bill and Anna Kepley of Salisbury.
She is doing freelance sports production work for several companies, including ESPN, NBC, TNT, FSN and Lincoln Financial Sports.
She is also in the process of starting a studio position at a Charlotte television station.
