Cleveland Christmas Parade Saturday

The 38th annual Cleveland Christmas Parade will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday ó rain or shine.
A total of 65 entries have signed up for the parade, four more than last year. The parade will begin at the old YMCA building at the corner of Krider Street and Old U.S. 70 and continue onto Main Street toward Freightliner, ending on School Street.
Liz Steele, who chairs the Cleveland Lions Club Parade Committee, said the parade usually lasts between an hour and an hour and a half. Average attendance is between 2,000 and 3,000 people.
